Description
Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB®) certification focuses on comprehensive understanding of various Six Sigma tools and techniques. The goal of the online value-added course (free with the certification exam) is to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that helps candidates effectively act as Six Sigma Black Belts in various Six Sigma projects. The tools and techniques learned include both quantitative and non-quantitative analysis along with other knowledge needed to improve the manufacturing process and minimize defects in the final product with a greater focus on the practical implementation of the tools and techniques within of organizations.
Participants will be able to relate Six Sigma concepts to the business mission and corporate objectives. Candidates will be equipped with the knowledge necessary to take action in improving the manufacturing process within their organizations and help them adopt the Six Sigma methodology.
Participants will fulfill the role of Six Sigma Black Belt and will be able to define, present and manage Six Sigma projects and through all problem-related knowledge and develop foresight skills in the practical implementation of Six Sigma.
