LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (LSSGB®)
Description
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB®) course focuses on understanding the various Six Sigma and Lean tools and techniques useful for improving the manufacturing process and minimizing defects in the final product with a more specific focus on practical implementation of these tools and techniques in the organization.
Upon completion of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, candidates will learn how to:
Identify the project selection and evaluation criteria
Plan and execute Six Sigma projects
Effectively train and lead a six sigma project team.
Apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) tools and the various Six Sigma process and quality optimization tools.
Assess and manage project risk.
Significantly increase profitability through Six Sigma projects.
Guide to avoiding the pitfalls of implementing Six Sigma.
Integrate and strengthen innovation and problem solving skills
This course aims to familiarize participants with the tools and techniques, benefits and challenges of the Six Sigma methodology.
Participants will be provided with the necessary knowledge to improve production processes in their organizations and to support their organizations in adopting the Six Sigma methodology; through knowledge relating to specific problems they will acquire forecasting tools thanks to the practical implementation of Six Sigma.
Participants will be equipped with the right tools to address, solve and take leadership of manufacturing-related issues in their organizations, developing superior problem-solving skills that can be immediately applied in real-world projects.
