The goal of the online course (free with the certification exam) is to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that helps students effectively fill the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt role in various Six Sigma projects. The tools and techniques cover both quantitative and non-quantitative analysis along with other knowledge needed to improve the manufacturing process, minimize inefficiencies and increase ROI with a stronger focus on the practical implementation of these tools and techniques in 'organization.
Participants will be able to relate Six Sigma concepts to the business mission and corporate objectives. Candidates will be equipped with the knowledge necessary to take action in improving the production process within their organizations and help them adopt the Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
